- All HKD transfers executed before Monday to Friday 18:00 will be processed within the same working day
- After Friday 18:00 , Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day

2.3 Important Notes
- On the iBTC platform, we strictly prohibit third-party transfers. If the user deposit with third-party accounts, the user must follow the Refund process to initiate a refund. Refund Process
- If the transfer in exceeds the limit, the transaction will not be processed until the cumulative limit is exceeded.
- If the transfer out exceeds the limit, the transaction will be rejected and need to be submitted again.
- Cash deposits to bank accounts are not accepted. If you need cash transactions, please make an appointment at the store.
- 如使用銀行卡轉帳， 用戶需要提供銀行的月結單整份或銀行卡的照片
- To prevent money laundering, iBTC requires that all Hong Kong dollar deposits must be purchased at least once before withdrawals are allowed.
- Please note that the platform will automatically convert the legal currency you transfer into 1:1 to the corresponding legal currency stable currency for billing purposes on the platform. The HKD mark on the platform refers to the Hong Kong dollar stable currency. When you need to transfer out fiat currency, the platform will exchange your fiat currency stable currency on the platform in 1:1 form.
