Third-party payment refund procedure

On the iBTC platform, we strictly prohibit third-party transfers. If the user uses a third-party account to pay, the user must follow the steps below to refund.

The user must fill out the refund application form and submit the form and the identification documents of the third-party payer and bank information certification documents within 30 days. Our office starts the refund process.

The identification documents of the third-party payer include: Hong Kong identity card or passport

Bank information proof documents include: copy of bank statement or ATM card

The refund process is usually completed within 15 working days

After the refund, if we find that your transfer is suspicious, we reserve the right to contact the relevant department.
